PURPOSE OF THE REGISTER

The register is used for maintaining customer register, and for order fulfillment and processing of Palmroth online store. The register is also used for the follow up of lost packages. The register can also be used for the development of palmrothshop.com, including collecting statics.  Personal data will be treated according to the Personal Data Act.

INFORMATION IN THE REGISTER

The personal data file contains the following information:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Postal address

• Phone number

• Information on processed orders

• Order tracking data

DISCLOSURE OF THE DATA

The information will not be disclosed outside Palmroth International Oy. The Personal data file can be destroyed on request.

PROTECTION OF THE REGISTER

The information in the register will not be disclosed to third parties. The use of the register requires having access rights to Palmroth International’s internal network.
